This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We do not sell personal information.

• Information you give us: your name, company, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, and anything you write into a quote request or contact form.
• Order information: what you bought, when, and the delivery address. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on this site.
• Technical information: pages viewed, referring page, browser and device type, and IP address, collected to keep the site working and secure.

To quote, process, pack and deliver your order; to answer your enquiries; to keep the accounting and tax records the law requires us to keep; and to keep this site secure. We contact you about your order because we need to. We only send you anything else if you have asked us to.

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work - keeping your cart contents, keeping you logged in, and protecting forms against abuse. If we add analytics or marketing cookies we will ask for your consent first.

Only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our carriers, and our hosting and email providers. They may only use the information to perform that service for us. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. Quote requests and contact form messages are kept for 24 months. Website logs are kept for 12 months.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

This site is a business to business supply site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
